Fondant icing is the structural icing. The stuff you make flowers and baskets with on wedding cakes. I made this in my kitchen. 

 

They are the bones of my hand flipping the bird. I would feel the shapes inside my fingers. Think of your bones as made of sugar, think of all structure disolving.
